After having sent the booking enquiry, you will get the reservation details and confirmation of availability.
The total cost and payment procedure will be included in the reservation details.
Please make the deposit payment maximum 3 days after we confirm the availability to secure your booking
Please do not forget to provide your correct and active e-mail address in order to receive the reply quickly.
In the case of different time zones, weekends, and public holidays, the reply may be delayed.
Please do not provide your credit card details by e-mails or from insecure Websites.
During the peak season, the status of bookings is changed daily and it may sometimes cause inconvenience in getting the room. We apologies in advance for your kind understanding if it is the case.
Upon receiving payment of the total amount of booking, you will receive the hotel voucher in order to present at our reception counter upon check-in.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
We accept minimum of 3 nights booking during Full Moon Party week for all type of rooms.
For Christmas and New Year Season (20th of December 2007- 5th of January) we accept minimum of 5 nights booking.

Our resort need 50% deposit (low season from 1 May - 14 Jul and
1 Sep - 20 Dec) and 100% payment if on Full Moon Party Period and/or high season (6 Jan - 30 Apr, 15 Jul - 31 Aug) by your credit card or WESTERN UNION WIRE TRANSFER indicated in your confirm availability email.
The refund of 50% can be made if cancellation is made more than 3 weeks before the date of arrival.
We receive cancellation by fax your confirmation email and signature to fax no: 66 77 374055 only. We will refund the deposit by western union money transfer at least 14 days after we receive your fax. (bank tranfer fee will be deducted from your deposit)
Deposit can not be refundable if cancellation is made less than 3 weeks before the date of arrival.
